3.1 Programme Registration
Registration for our educational programme is subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
3.2 Fees and Payment
Fees for our educational programme are as stated at the time of registration. All fees are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made according to the options provided during registration. Your place in the programme is not secured until full payment is received or a payment plan has been established and the first payment has been processed.
3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy for the educational programme is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the programme start date will receive a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the programme start date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the programme start date.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible individual at no additional cost, subject to our approval.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future programme.

3.4 Programme Conduct
Participants in our educational programme are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund for behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates our code of conduct, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward instructors or other participants
- Violation of confidentiality agreements
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by programme administrators
4. Intellectual Property Rights
